Gary Ford is the author of The Canadian Guide to Protecting Yourself Against Identity Theft and Other Fraud (2007). He has a spent the majority of his career in Professional Development for sales teams, and has spoken to a multitude of organizations globally. As former Vice President at FCT, Gary brought with him a wealth of knowledge about sales, training and development.
Previously Gary was with Canada Trust in a variety of executive roles in retail and lending across Canada and had been intricately involved with their Management Institute in a training and facilitation role. In his time at FCT, Gary has revolutionized the way the company does business with its customers and how they manage their employees. The sales team is trained in the fine art of sales conversations, and is able to perform presentations on a variety of topics to a variety of audiences as a value-added service to their customers.
Gary has spent much of his life trying to absorb as much information as possible about the psychology of sales and the various influencing techniques that enhance success.
